I had my eye on this girl for 2 years, and finally had the opportunity to buy her. She has an unbelievable sweet temperment, and a power in her gait like a freight train. She is so big, yet, as my husband says, she has just the mildest temperment, which is a good thing, considering her size. You get on this girl, and you are on top of the world! She is 17.2 hands, weighs over 1,000lbs., which is a large Rocky, but considering her gait and temperment, she is ALL Rocky! She was certified before she grew to be a giant. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being a perfect gait, Shania is a 10! All horses we ride we use the "Shania Factor". This is how we judge if the gait is a 10 or below. Haven't ridden a Rocky yet with a smoother gait using the "Shania Factor"...
